We currently ship orders within the United States only (including all 50 states and U.S. territories).
Carriers
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Ground Advantage, depending on the order size and weight.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we experience high order volume or delays due to inventory or weather, we’ll contact you via email.
Delivery Time

Standard USPS delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered received.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a claim.
Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We cannot accept returns on final sale, clearance, or personalized items.
Return Process

Refunds

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please email us within the 14-day window.
We’ll issue a store credit or invoice the difference as needed once your return is received.
Defective or Wrong Items

We’ll quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
